Synch Advokatpartnerselskab (“Synch”) with company registration number CVR: 38763873, having its registered address at Amaliegade 35, DK-1256 Copenhagen K, Denmark, is a Danish law firm. As such, Synch and its employees are under regulation of the Danish Bar and Law Society (Da. Advokatsamfundet). All legal services provided by Synch are subject to our general terms and conditions, as applicable from time to time, and which may be found at the Website or requested from Synch.

By accessing any portion of the Website, you are indicating that you have read and understood and accept these Notices and Terms of Use, as amended by Synch from time to time.

1.1 Synch Advokatanpartsselskab has client bank accounts at Jyske Bank.

In the event of bankruptcy of a bank depositors are covered by the Guarantee Fund (Da. ”Garantiformuen”) for investors and depositors. The Guarantee Fund covers funds beloning to a depositor up to the amount of EUR 100,000.00 (approximately DKK 750,000.00). The coverage maximum relates to the total deposit in the bank regardless of whether the funds are located on different accounts, including client accounts as well as own accounts. Certain rules apply to deposits regarding real property if the property in question as been used for or intended for mainly non-commercial purposes, in which case funds are covered up to a maximum of EUR 10,000,000.00 in the period until 12 months after the date on which the deposit was made and regardless of whether the deposit is located on a separate account. You are entitled to request an excerpt of your Personal Data processed by Synch, free of charge once annually. Please note that such request shall be in writing and signed by you.

Furthermore, our practice is governed by the Code of Conduct for the Danish Bar and Law Society (Da. ”de advokatetiske regler”). 6. Professional Liability Insurance

Synch and its employees are covered by professional liability insurance that fulfils mandatory local regulation as required by the Danish Bar Association (Da. Advokatsamfundet).
